Famous artists, journalists and photographers ... All of them were touched by their lenses on the pink traces of brave women who defeated breast cancer to create awareness of breast cancer. Established to raise public awareness of breast cancer and support breast cancer patients, "Pink Traces Association" by Acıbadem Health "Hayat Pink Square Photograph Exhibition" held with the support of the group, brought together 17 famous names 17 struggling women.Cengiz Semercioğlu, Berna Lacin , Burcu Kara , Belgian Bilgin, Wilco Van Herpen, Murat Güloğlu, Levent Ozcelik, Mutlu Tonbekici, Saffet Emre Tonguç, Mehmet Kirali, Amir Mobin, Çiler Temporary, Cirin Sever, Elif Ergu, Mehveş Evin , Esin Övet, Sibel Arna; they met with women who had overcome breast cancer and photographed their pink details, which are the source of power to their black and white squares.
The first stop of the exhibition, which will visit every morbid Acıbadem Hospital, was realized with the participation of courageous women and volunteer photographers photographed at Acıbadem Maslak Hospital. A plaque of appreciation was given to the women who defeated breast cancer participating in the photo exhibition and to the celebrity name photographer Arzu Karataş and the Secretary General Seyyal Hacıbekiroglu, who were present at the opening cocktail.
"I got the biggest support from my son"
Nalan Kavruk, who touched everybody talking when he received his plaque, said, "When I listened to these stories, I learned that there were relatives who supported them around almost everyone during the fight against cancer. When I was breast cancer, I lost my wife and child and there was no one but my son who was 11 years old at the time. My son Kerim gave me the greatest support in this disease process. I really owe him a lot, "he said.
"I'm enjoying your life now"
Nermin Sevimlier, the mother of the actor Aslı Akasya Türkmen, was among the photographers with a photo at the Hayat Pink Square Photograph Exhibition. Sevimlier said, "My greatest support was my family and my best friend. With their support, the hard days were behind. I now enjoy your life, "he said.
"Cancer is an uninvited guest"
Ayla Cakir, who was diagnosed with breast cancer 20 years ago, said, "Breast cancer came as a guest uninvited 20 years ago. He was so well received that he was embarrassed. He did not come any more, "he said.
