Urinary incontinence can be treated

URINARY LUNGING CURABLE

Urinary incontinence is an important health problem for women. Urinary incontinence is a condition that causes important problems in daily life of a woman.

Sudden and involuntary withdrawal of urine is defined as urinary incontinence. The results of international research show that one in five fathers faces this problem at some point in their lives.

TYPES

Stress Incontinence (Stress incontinence)

It is the most common form of urinary incontinence in women. Conditions such as coughing, sneezing, and heavy lifting increase the intraabdominal pressure and cause urine to escape. If the pelvic floor muscles and the urethra sphincter are not strong enough, they can not control the urination of the patient and miss the urine. Numerous interventional births, large baby birth, obesity, familial predisposition and menopause are risk factors for incontinence.

Urge incontinence (emergency urinary incontinence)

The toilet is called urine incontinence when it feels the need to go and the toilet can not grow. Unlike urinary incontinence, stress is caused not by weakness on the pelvic floor but by excessive contraction of the bladder muscles. Drug therapy is very well received.

Mixed incontinence (Mixed urinary incontinence)

When stress urinary incontinence is combined with urge urinary incontinence, mixed urinary incontinence is mentioned. The patient may miss his / her urine both when coughing and after a sudden sensation of tightness.

Overflow incontinence (Overflow incontinence)

When the urine is stored on the bladder capacity, there is a small amount of urinary incontinence without feeling urge to urinate. Bladder is always full. The woman never feels like she can not empty her wardrobe. Diabetes, pelvic injury, extensive pelvic surgery, spinal cord injuries and multiple sclerosis are the consequences of loss of muscle tone.

HOW IS TREATED?

Identification of urine type is very important. Because the same treatment approach may not be effective in all types of urinary incontinence. In this respect, the type of urinary incontinence should be determined for optimal treatment.

Medication

Some types of urinary incontinence are treated with medications. Drug therapy is the first choice, especially in urge incontinence. The duration of drug treatment varies from patient to patient. However, in the stress urinary incontinence type, there is no response to drug treatment.

Surgical treatment

Despite all treatments, ongoing illnesses are applied. In our method (TOT and Pubovaginal Sling method), the healing period and the length of hospitalization are very short. The results are quite successful.
