• Regular checks should not be interrupted. Even if there is no discomfort, gynecological examination should be done once a year.

• Women entering menopause should not stop protecting. Women entering the menopause before the age of 50 years should continue to be protected until 2 years after the age of 50, and women entering the menopause after the age of 50 years.
• If excessive or prolonged bleeding occurs, a doctor should be consulted.
• For menopause complaints such as hot flashes, excessive sweating, no medicines, herbal foods and beverages should be used without consulting a doctor.
