She died of toxic shock syndrome

Peyton Cables, a young girl living in Kaliforya, was taken to the hospital for constant vomiting when she was 15 years old.

It was later determined that the girl, whom the doctors had initially diagnosed with a type of infectious infection, was actually a toxic shock syndrome.
