Intense stress is making your body

The human body is equipped to accommodate instant stressful situations. Today, however, people are exposed to the stress created by the pressures and demands of everyday life, which is constant and uninterrupted. For example, in a manual of a newly purchased car it is recommended to change the engine oil more frequently if it is used "at short distances and in frequent stop-and-go states. It is similar to pushing the body so hard that the automobile engine is forced like this.

Problems in business life are problems such as unemployment, anxiety about livelihood, fear of failure, excessive exercise, inadequate sleep, inadequate nutrition, excessive consumption of stimulants such as coffee and tea, cigarette-alcohol-unnecessary drug use, neglected infections, allergies, food intolerance, emotional traumas, loveless situations can create a lot of stress on the person. Even positive situations such as marriage, having a baby, graduation can be perceived as stress by the human brain. And this mechanism needs to be renewed, even refilled at appropriate intervals. Otherwise, this can cause the adrenal glands, which carry the real burden of creating the answer, to go bankrupt.
